During my studies in the south of France, we had a model pose for our nude sketches and paintings. We worked under time constraints, usually under an hour for each pose, so it was necessary to work fast to capture as much as possible. This painting was done with only a palette knife. I don't remember the models name but do remember dropping my paint brush several times because my fingers were numb from the cold.
